Renting is possible with a minimum of 7 nights in the high season. Exceptions may be requested (nabaia.salir@gmail.com).

You can choose freely when you arrive and when you leave. You can enter the holiday home at the earliest at 4pm.

On the day of departure, you leave the holiday home at 10 am.

If you want, you can take an option at the holiday home so you can consult and arrange your flights.

To confirm your reservation we ask you to pay an advance of 35% of the rental rate.

Water, energy and wifi are included in the rates as well as sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels. During a longer stay, sheets will be replaced every week. You can freely use the swimming pool. You can park your car in the underground garage on place ‘J’.

Final cleaning is obliged and amounts 150 euro. The guarantee amounts €300. After your departure and after the check if nothing is damaged, we will refund the guarantee within two weeks.
